My Fellow Dragons,
We spent a wonderful time at Ricks yesterday, March 2, 2022. The honor bestowed upon RIAA far exceeded our expectation. Our children at Ricks are very special and RICKS INSTITUTE IS TRULY A GREAT SCHOOL. My desire, goal, prayer, etc. is that Ricks will become an EXCEPTIONAL school!! The best among secondary schools in Africa. There is much work to be done but it can be done. We've already begun those conversations with the Executive Leadership of Ricks. It can happen. It will happen!!
The program yesterday was peppered with the most beautiful music from the Ricks Choir ( ooo those kids can sing!!! - the infamous "Runway" photo was really me praising in tears). There were special remarks from RIAA-USA and the presentation of the STEM equipment, followed by a press conference.
