Church Planting Catalyst, North American Mission board, September 1994- 2018 Philadelphia, and South Jersey: I serve as a church planter/catalyst for the Baptist Convention of Pennsylvania and South Jersey in cooperation with the North American Mission Board. I pastor the first church plant called Second chance Community church on a part -time/volunteer basis. I did most of the preaching, teaching, and providing counseling for all ages, primarily focusing on African Immigrants and Puerto Ricans.

 Second Chance Global Ministries, 2006-present: I am the chief administrator. I delegate responsibilities in various associates. I do most of the teachings and preaching as well as the counselling. 

Means Avenue Baptist Church, Hopkinsville, KY,1994-2006 This is a multicultural congregation of mostly white and African Americans. I did all the major administrative work: meetings, teaching, preaching, counselling and evangelism or outreach. 

Founding Pastor: Grace Baptist Church, Barnesville, Monrovia, Liberia, 1982-1985 

This is my first church plant which grew very rapidly to be over 300 in three years based on my solid aggressive evangelistic program.

We dig wells to provide clean water for rural Liberians generally & Rivercess particularly.

1997-2000: I worked as a Volunteer Chaplain at Jeanie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville, KY. I worked about 12 hours per week for three years under Rev, Robert Stinson, Certified CPE Minister. I counseled those facing death and bereaved family members.

2003-2006: My Church, Means Avenue Baptist Church partnered with our local YMCA and Housing Authority, I helped to provide children and youth recreational services, computers, tutors and assistance with homework.
